Replacement of Member of the Member’s Council

Mr. Tomohiko Asano is appointed as Member of the Member’s Council of the Company effective from 01st July 2020 to repla ce Mr. Shigeo Tsuyuki according to the Appointment Letter dated 17th June 2020 of the Company’s Owner being Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company of Vietnam, Limited.
