Resolution of the Member’s Council

On 26th March 2020, the Member’s Council approved the Resolution about the 2019 Financial Statements (including the 2019 Financial Safety Ratio Report), Distributable Profit to the Owner (not distribute such profit to the Owner) and the payment of Long Term Bonus for Chief Executive Officer.
