Resolution of the Member’s Council

On 21st February 2020, the Member’s Council approved the Resolution about the annual remuneration policy 2020 (including 2020 salary, 2019 performance bonus paid to the Management Executives and 2020 performance bonus scheme for employees) in accordance with Article 19 the Company Charter.
