As the Resolution No. MC2023-03 passed on 11th March 2023, the Member’s Council approved that Mr. Fumihiko Kida is appointed as Head of Corporate Planning and Risk Management of the Company effective from 03/04/2023 subject to relevant approval of competent authorities.
